SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy (Within Malaysia)

  • Orders placed before 10am (GMT+8) from Monday to Friday are shipped out on the same day.
  • Orders are fulfilled and are usually delivered by 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • To track your order, enter your parcel tracking ID at https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking.
  • Ninja Van offers three delivery attempts free of charge. After three unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
  • Once an order is placed, we will not able to amend or cancel your order. Running Lab holds no responsibility for any loss of items resulting from entering a wrong delivery address.
  • All orders are shipped from Malaysia.
  • No customs charges, duties or taxes on any domestic orders.

Return Policy (Domestic)

  • All orders except nutrition and consumables are eligible for a free return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or in their original packaging which must also be undamaged in its original condition.
  • The original packaging must also be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labeled, damaged, or taped.
  • Running Lab reserves the right to reject your return should the item, its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Order

  • To return your order, simply fill up a return request form and our customer service representative will reach out to you on your return request.
  • Please allow 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for our team to process your return request form.
  • We offer return pick up via Ninja Van within Malaysia, except to Labuan and Limbang.
  • Our customer service representative will process and schedule a return pickup order with Ninja Van.
  • Upon confirmation, customer has to print the airway bill provided by Running Lab.
  • Our team will get in touch with you on your Return Tracking ID. Once the Ninja Van driver has picked up the parcel from you, you can follow its return journey to our warehouse using the Return Tracking ID on the Tracking page.
  • Once your return parcel has reached our warehouse, please allow up to 7 working days for our team to process your return request and complete inspection.
  • You will receive a notification of your refund once inspection is done. You can then expect your refund to be credited back to the original payment method up to 14 working days, depending on your bank processing time.
  • Orders returned without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept exchanges and returns to our retail stores.
