All items except nutrition and consumables are eligible for a free return within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer return pick up via Ninja Van within Malaysia, except to Labuan and Limbang.

Items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
The original packaging/footwear box must also be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labeled, damaged, or taped.
Running Lab reserves the right to reject your item(s), if the content of the box or packaging are marked, damaged, and not in a saleable condition.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Orders returned without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

If the photos appear acceptable but the returned item is later received in a dirty or non-original condition, the return will also be rejected.
