PROJECT LOVE SNEAKER

Running Lab is pleased to partner with The Salvation Army for our Project Love Sneaker initiative, as part of our commitment to give back to the community.

All donated pre-loved shoes will be passed to The Salvation Army and sold at their Family Thrift Shops. Proceeds will go towards supporting their community programmes in Malaysia, including children’s homes, aged care services, special needs training, and assistance for underserved families.

We are now extending this campaign to our online platform to better support those who are unable to visit our stores. Your contribution makes a meaningful difference. Thank you for your support.

How to Donate

• In-store: Bring your shoes to any Running Lab retail outlet to receive a physical RM150 voucher.
• By delivery: Contact us via email (customer-service@runninglab.my) or WhatsApp (018-3949118) for verification and to arrange your donation. You will receive an RM150 e-voucher plus an RM10 shipping subsidy.

Acceptable Shoes for Donation

• Running shoes (including children’s sizes)
• Sports shoes (badminton, basketball, soccer, and training shoes)
• Lifestyle shoes that resemble running shoes

Unacceptable Shoes

• Canvas, spiked, or rubber shoes
• Boots or heavy-duty footwear

Condition Requirements

• Shoes must be clean and reusable, with all parts intact (including original insoles and laces).
• Shoes with holes in the outsoles or uppers are NOT acceptable.
• Shoes with worn-out outsoles are NOT acceptable.

Running Lab reserves the final right to reject any donated goods deemed unsuitable.

Terms and Conditions

• One (1) voucher will be issued for every pair of shoes donated.
• Vouchers are not stackable; only one voucher may be used per transaction.
• Vouchers are applicable for REGULAR-PRICED running shoes ONLY. They cannot be used on discounted footwear or non-running footwear (such as OOFOS and HOKA ORA series).
• Physical vouchers (from in-store donations) can be used at all Running Lab physical stores in Malaysia only, excluding RL2.
• E-vouchers (from mail-in donations) include an additional RM10 shipping subsidy and are valid only on runninglab.my.
• Any unused balance will be forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
• Vouchers are not valid with other promotions or discounts and exclude ASICS Metaspeed and Superblast series.
• Voucher validity: Until 31 May 2026.
• Any shoes received that do not comply with the guidelines will be rejected and will not be returned.
• Running Lab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
