Bounceback Voucher Terms and Conditions
1) To be eligible, customers must have a registered account and meet any specific purchase requirements (i.e. minimum spend, eligible products).
2) Bounceback vouchers are available to customers who make qualifying purchases through runninglab.com only.
3) In cases of returns, exchanges, or cancellations, the cashback voucher will be forfeited.
4) Bounceback voucher is valid for regular-priced items only, excluding discounted items and nutrition.
5) Bounceback voucher to be used for future purchases on the runninglab.my but cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
6) Bounceback voucher offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.
7) Only one (1) bounceback voucher offer may apply per transaction.
8) Voucher valid only for the specified duration, from 1 March 2025 to 30 June 2025. Any unused bounceback voucher will be forfeited if not used within the stated validity period.
9) Running Lab reserves the right to void any bounceback voucher if fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the cashback program is suspected.
